Will scientists, content with mining their particular narrow (if deep) research silos, alert us to the need to listen attentively to rational dialogue? Will podcasters point us upward out of the internet cave, toward a Bigger View?

I seriously doubt paid climate scientists will sound the alarm. They’ve had plenty of time to do so. Ditto for media personalities and government officials, sadly.
This is a fascinating debate about the multitude of existential threats we are facing or should I say, not facing.
Climate Change, Artificial Intelligence and of course War.
I think we should have these sorts of debates with our close friends, neighbors and communities.
